apple and almond breakfast bowl
1/2 cup almond flavoured (soya) yoghurt
120ml almond milk
3 tbsp oats
1 tbsp chia seeds
2 tbsp almond butter
1 tbsp raisins
Mix together the apple, yoghurt, almond milk, oats, chia seeds and 1 tablespoon of almond butter.
Leave it to soak overnight (or for at least 10 minutes).
In the morning top with a table spoon of almond butter, rasins and a sprinkle of chia seeds.
