peach and pink smoothie bowl
1.5 bananas (frozen)
1 large ripe doughnut peach
1/4 small cooked beetroot
125ml hazelnut milk
5 tbsp granola
To freeze the bananas simply remove the skin, break the banana into chunks and place in a sandwich bag. Then place the bag in the freezer for at least 4-5 hours.
To make the smoothie, blend all of the ingredients togther. If you dont have a powerful blender then add more milk to the smoothie or don't freeze the bananas.
Once everything has blended transfer the smoothie to a bowl and top with granola.
